Health benefits of cranberry, pomegranate, blueberry juice?

Q: Dear Dr. Mao,
I take 3g of vitamin C and drink pure cranberry, pomegranate, and blueberry juice every day. Is this beneficial?

A: Cranberry juice promotes healthy internal flora, pomegranate juice and blueberry juice are rich in antioxidants, as is vitamin C! Hopefully, you are also drinking lots of pure room temperature water throughout each day as well. One word of caution against too much pomegranate juice: it can raise blood pressure so be mindful if that is an issue for you.
